What the card is
The card of sudden change. The Tower is the structure that comes down because what it stood on was never sound, which makes the fall a correction rather than an accident. It covers breakthroughs, the end of an illusion, and the moment a fact that was always true stops being possible to work around. Its territory is change nobody asked for: how much warning there generally was, and what gets built once the effort of keeping up the old appearance is free again.
The same paragraph stands behind this number on every chart that holds it. It describes the card, not the person holding it.
Where it can land
A Destiny Matrix chart has nine seats and each one holds a number from 1 to 22. 16 reaches eight of the nine seats: the day, year and karmic points, the centre, and all four corners.
It cannot reach the other one: the month point. The month point is the month number itself, and no month passes 12, so no chart puts 16 there.
Whichever of them holds it, the card is the same card, and 16 covers breakthroughs, the end of an illusion, and the moment a fact that was always true stops being possible to work around. What a seat decides is the register it is read in, and there are six of those across the nine, because the four corners share one. What each register actually reads as, in words written to the person whose chart it is, sits behind that number on a chart rather than here.
